Garrett Oliver Educates Consumers on the Bad Treatment of Beer in America

Although we’ve seen the craft beer craze sweep across America, Garrett Oliver of Brooklyn Brewery is beginning to think it happened too fast.

While an awesome variety of beers has flooded the market over the past ten years, Garrett suggests too much education has been left behind. According to Emily Thelin of Food & Wine, Garrett believes restaurants have not paid the same attention to detail as our favorite craft brewers. From temperature to glassware, Garrett’s list of Crimes Against Beer as delivered by Emily are all spot on and deserve a course of action.

Do you think it’s time to whip establishments into craft beer shape?
