Everyone’s living the local life lately and when it comes to the food industry, that means fresh, flavorful cuisine with a feel good kick. However, it’s not always easy to do such a thing when you’re on the road in unfamiliar territory. That’s why Travel + Leisure and CNN iReport have teamed up to present their list of 100 places to eat like a local. The best part? You can help complete the list!

The guide is meant for people all over the world to share those “places that are so good, so under-the-radar, that you kind of want to keep them secret forever, but you know that wouldn’t be fair. Those places that perfectly sum up their city and couldn’t exist anywhere else. Those are the spots we want to know about.”

No matter what your favorite spot is serving or where it’s located, this brand new list is a great way to share some local love with your fellow foodies. Diners are invited to share a photo of their restaurant pick and explain what makes it special. Be sure to share your favorite dish and how you discovered the place.  Then, stay tuned. The definitive list of 100 places to eat like a local will be revealed in March, 2013.
